However without even consulting them i can tell you that Friday at that time is impossible. 21:00 is 1 pm PST/4 pm EST time. I doubt even your guys will be able to get on at that time. I understand that we will need to get used to weekdays,however, until then, corp battles are for fun and a bit for bragging rights. Thus, our best vs your best will be most fun. However that is not achievable at that specific time.

That doesn't exactly give you the right to set up the exact time The weekend is the best imo. Preferably Sunday but Saturday can be good too. Please understand that. To me, the time is so absurd that it makes me think that you don't want to go up against us at all.
